За январь 2017 года по Кыргызстану сданы в эксплуатацию 322 индивидуальных жилых дома общей площадью 38,5 тыс. квадратных метров, что на 1,6 раза больше, чем в январе 2016 года. Об этом говорится в материалах Национального статистического комитета.

В январе на строительстве индивидуальных жилых домов использовано (по оценке) 617,8 млн сомов инвестиций в основной капитал, что в 1,4 раза больше уровня января 2016 года. Доля средств, освоенных на индивидуальное жилищное строительство, в общем
объеме освоенных инвестиций составила 22,7% (в январе 2016 года — 16,4%).

Основная доля введенного индивидуального жилья (75,4% от общего объема) приходится на город Бишкек, Жалал-Абадскую, Ошскую и Чуйскую области. В сельской местности введено 24,4 тыс. квадратных метров индивидуального жилья, или 63,4% от общего объема ввода. В январе 2017 года проведен капитальный и текущий ремонт объектов на сумму 27,6 млн сомов, из них 49,3% за счет республиканского бюджета, 27% — средств населения, 16,9% местного бюджета, 6,2% средств предприятий и организаций, 0,7% иностранных кредитов.
